AA phone helplines

Contact AA?

We know how difficult it may be for you to talk to someone about your problem.  You can pick up the phone and talk anonymously to someone who knows exactly how you are feeling, because they've been through it too.

AA doesn't employ professional counsellors or psychologists. When you phone an AA helpline you will be talking to an AA member, a volunteer who is an alcoholic and is using the AA program to recover and stay sober.
